What moves over from Fresha, Timely or your own Excel

Every import is a test upload first, then you press Import; undo within 24 hours.
Files: Excel (.xlsx), CSV (UTF-8 or UTF-16), a Fresha price-list PDF. A row we cannot read says why; download those rows, fix them and upload again.
